From time to time, ERROYL offer their latest collection or re-ordering of existing collections available for customers to pre-order. 

When making new or existing watch models available for pre-order, ERROYL will offer these at a discount to the regular retail price. The actual discount may differ from product to product and may vary based on the timeframe until the product is available for shipping, e.g. a greater discount for the longer the period you need to wait for delivery.  

The discounted pre-order price will generally be available until shortly prior to ERROYL commencing shipping of the model/s and/or until the quantity designated for pre-order is sold out.

Please note that ERROYL reserve the right to alter the pre-order price at any time without prior notice.

CAPTURE OF FUNDS

Where customers place a pre-order for a watch, ERROYL will generally capture funds within 24-48 hours of the order being submitted. ERROYL have a period of seven days to capture the payment before it expires after which time the payment capture can no longer proceed.

PRODUCT RELEASE DATE

The estimated product release date is displayed on each product page. The estimated date reflects the projected date at which ERROYL expect to commence shipping. 

ERROYL will contact customers to provide an update, by email, if the release date of the watch model is likely to vary by greater than two weeks from the estimated shipping date specified on the product page.

HAS THE WATCH COMMENCED PRODUCTION AT THE TIME THE PRE-ORDER COMMENCES?

Yes, ERROYL will only offer products for pre-order where production has already commenced. By placing a pre-order you can have confidencethat the product will be produced and delivered regardless of how many pre-orders are received by ERROYL.

HOW DO I CANCEL A PRE-ORDER?

You are able to cancel your pre-order at any period prior to the commencement of shipping. To cancel your pre-order please contact us.  

Please note that all orders are processed in AUD.

Depending on your mode of payment or the period of time that has lapsed after placing your pre-order you may incur additional fees relating to currency fluctuations and/or transactional fees if you choose to cancel your order. ERROYL will not be responsible for any currency fluctuations or transactional fees that you may incur as a result of a request to cancel your order and request a refund. Where this is the case it is generally a nominal amount.
